Sonia is a U.S. Navy Veteran, teacher, speaker, and coach who lives in Texas with her twin sons. She has a tremendous love for others and greatly appreciates the human spirit. In addition to running her business, Sonia enjoys sharing her story of perseverance and resilience. She believes that each of us is in a continual state of metamorphosis. We are continually seeking to express the greatest, highest expression of ourselves, and sometimes during our journey, we do selfish things that, often unintentionally done, impact others adversely. When our actions are dedicated to bringing about positive effects, however, that is when the light of the human spirit is ignited.
